The landscape design process starts with the initial landscape consultation. There is no charge for this on-site meeting; it is simply a time for us to get to know you and your site.

Simple Landscape Designs:
Many landscape projects require little or no design time. These projects can be estimated and a bid provided at no charge. Often a quick concept sketch or a computer-generated design will accompany the bid for illustrative purposes. There is no charge for this process.
Landscape Master Plans:
Master plan designs are comprehensive landscape plans that cover a large portion of your property, a detailed or complex aspect of your landscape, or your entire property itself. Once our designer has taken all the necessary on-site analysis, they will be able to provide you with an estimated cost of design fees based on the design hours needed for your project. Every project is different, as are the design costs. (you can expect costs to range from $200 to $1,500 or more). Our master plan designs have varied from backyard garden spaces to outdoor kitchens to complete property plans.
After you have agreed to a design contract, our designer will begin a comprehensive evaluation process that culminates in your finished landscape design. During the design process our desginer will meet with you to review the conceptual stages as the design unfolds. This allows you to become more involved with the design as it develops, so that when the design is complete it fits your needs and lifestyle.
